What’s the difference between conduction and convection vaporizers?
Conduction heats your material through direct contact (faster, compact).
Convection uses hot air to evenly heat material (smoother, more flavourful).
We carry both styles — check the specs on each product page.
Do you ship discreetly?
Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no mention of the contents — so your delivery stays low-key.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order is dispatched.
Do you offer international shipping?

How do I clean my vaporizer or accessory?

What’s your return policy?
Unused products in original packaging can be returned within [X days] of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, used items cannot be returned unless defective.
